- 5+ years’ experience in GCC on the same field
- Must have UPDA Grade Certificate
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all fit-out works on site
- Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedule
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors
- Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of activities
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with MEP team for smooth integration of services
- Track and report daily/weekly progress to Project Manager
- Ensure proper material delivery and avoid delays
- Implement health & safety requirements on site
- Control project costs and minimize wastage
- Attend site meetings and handle client/consultant comments
- Assist in project handover and close-out documentation
