- 5+ years’ experience in GCC on the same field
- UPDA Grade Certificate is a +
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQ
- Identify project scope for fit-out and MEP works
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs (QTO)
- Prepare detailed cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors)
- Request and evaluate supplier & subcontractor quotations
- Prepare technical and commercial comparisons
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications
- Develop competitive and profitable pricing
- Prepare and submit complete tender documents
- Attend pre-bid meetings and handle tender clarifications (RFIs)
- Identify risks and include necessary contingencies
- Propose value engineering solutions for cost savings
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, planning)
- Support negotiation and post-tender activities
- Assist in project handover after award
