- 5+ years’ experience in GCC on the same field
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
- Monitor site activities to enforce safe working practices
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
- Ensure proper use of PPE (helmets, safety shoes, harness, etc.)
- Identify hazards and implement control measures
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses
- Prepare and maintain safety reports and documentation
- Ensure all work permits are properly issued and followed (PTW system)
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors on safety matters
- Monitor high-risk activities (working at height, lifting, electrical works)
- Ensure proper signage and safety awareness on site
- Stop unsafe work and report violations immediately
- Assist in emergency response planning and drills
- Promote a strong safety culture across the project
