Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Government Authorities, and Utility Providers.
• Manage stakeholder communications, approvals, permits, and NOCs.
• Coordinate utility diversions, relocations, and protection works.
• Attend coordination meetings and resolve stakeholder-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with authority requirements and project specifications.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain stakeholder documentation.
• Support project execution by ensuring timely stakeholder approvals and clearances.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an RO/Stakeholder Engineer.
• Must have proven experience in Ashghal and Kahramaa infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of authority approval processes, permits, NOCs, and utility coordination.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
